By buying this product, you agree to and acknowledge the existence of the potential for personal injury in participating in a course of instruction in Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and other martial arts learned at Syndicate Mixed Martial Arts facilities. With this in mind, you willingly, knowingly, and voluntarily, agree to assume all such risks associated with given instructions. I hereby release and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Syndicate Mixed Martial Arts, Syndicate Ventures, its affiliates, associates, students, employees, agents, servants, directors, shareholders, partners, successors, or transferees from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, lost or stolen items, and/or responsibilities, whatsoever, resulting directly or indirectly from any participation, attendance, or presence, at any martial arts studio owned, operated, managed, maintained, and/or affiliated in any manner with Syndicate Mixed Martial Arts.
